We will TRY to ship JDR-BE Designs and the EdMar thread within 5 business days Please do not call or e-mail to ask where your order is until after 10 days. If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you. Our time is valuable and getting tied up with questions about an order that was placed within the last few days takes up that valuable time. A slight delay may be on " Non JDR-BE " Designs, some unexpected " sold out " notion or book, which we have no control over, or " special orders " Special Orders: Designs or items that are not normally kept in stock Items that we " special order " for you must be paid in advance. Designs are not returnable. Returns of special orders are not allowed unless there is a manufacturer defect. Backorders: We try to keep everything listed on this web site in stock at all times. However, unexpected delays may occur in our receiving shipments. The backordered items is placed on a separate invoice. The item will be on the original invoice with the price left out of the total column. No Backorders? please let us know when you place your order. Back orders are sent out via "cheapest route " ASAP. Advance Orders: (orders that are placed for items that are " coming soon " but are not yet available). We will ship with a shipping charge when the item becomes available.
