Also, the only people that have the access codes for the private information is Larry and Cheryl Schuler. Once the transaction has been completed and you have received your items, the credit card information is destroyed properly. We want to protect your credit card information and make you feel secure. Terms: You have the choice of Visa, Master card, COD, PayPal (With prior arrangements) or Prepay with a check or Money Order. When wanting to use PayPal - please let us know in advance - we will e-mail you a "Pending Invoice " and directions to the PayPal account. No item is charged to you until shipment is made. The only exception is magnifiers and other large ticket special orders. Payments Payments are to be made out to JDR Brazilian Elegance. Contact us for PayPal directions. If you would be more comfortable you can call the first time with Credit Card Numbers and instructions for future orders. International Orders: International orders must be prepaid in US funds. Special Delivery: When timely delivery is required, a special handling service is offered for a fee of $15.00. The non-refundable fee is for delivery by a specified date and is in addition to any other shipping charges. We ship ONLY via USPS. We will advise you to the “time frame” the USPS specifies. PLEASE plan ahead for your classes. No shipping credits will be given until credits are received from shipper for delays. Handling Fees: International Credit Card /PayPal Orders $2.50. All payments are US currency. All US orders $1.00 handling fee Our answer to why the fees? JDR-BE tries to keep each individual item at the lowest price we possibly can. We charge the extra fees to help cover the appropriate expenses. This way we do not have to raise the prices on all our stitching items for all of our customers. It takes more time to process international orders and PayPal orders. It also takes just as much time to process the smaller orders as it does the larger orders.
